Empowering Futures is offering a 12-week youth group experience. The ‘Here I Am’ Project provides participants with the opportunity to learn new skills, build supportive connections, and express themselves through creativity. Our experienced mentors and facilitators run the weekly sessions, and we tailor our approach to the needs of the young person and offer 1-1 support whenever necessary.
