Tailored Support for Young People with EHCPs

At Empowering Futures, we provide personalised education and support for young people aged 16 and over with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), offering an alternative to mainstream education. Our holistic approach ensures each individual receives the support needed to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our staff are trained in coaching and have completed Animal Assisted Intervention Training. We also have a psychotherapist who can offer support where required.

Individualised Learning

We offer flexible learning environments with small group sessions or 1:1 support, tailored to each learner's preferences and needs. Timetables are provided in formats that suit each learner, including visual schedules, and can be adjusted based on the young person's mood and ability on any given day. If there's a particular support or resource not currently offered, we are committed to exploring how we can deliver it to meet the evolving needs of our learners.

Creative Arts and Expressive Learning

We incorporate creative writing through drama and music into our curriculum, allowing learners to express themselves and develop communication skills in an engaging and supportive environment.
